I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful English White Retriever named Brosius. You might be asking, what is an English White Retriever? Brosius is technically a Golden Retriever but has this beautiful, plush, soft white/creme coat with tips of gold on his ears. The English Kennel Club accepts white as a color for Golden Retrievers; however, the American Kennel Club does not. Which is why we don't see too many White English Retrievers in this country.
Brosius' owner, Stephen, bid on a gift certificate that I had offered at Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School's annual Grand Auction last year and won. With the weather a bit nippy and the sea grasses a bit bland this time of year, we did all of Brosius' imagery in the studio. Brosius was amazing and exceptionally calm, which made my job even easier. (Those with whirlwind dogs, do not worry--your dogs are the norm in the studio and trust me, we can capture some amazing imagery!)
The following is a small sampling of the different images we captured during Brosius' studio session.
